We encountered persistent issues with the hot water, having to endure cold showers twice during our stay, which was quite inconvenient for our family of four. Attempts to resolve the problem were met with slow responses, leaving us feeling somewhat stranded with our complaints, which didn’t exactly match the price we paid for the stay.

Addressing electric faults promptly would have been nice!!! Hot water issues are frustrating, especially on weekends. Better communication with guests regarding maintenance would greatly enhance the experience!!!
